We want you to love your walk, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your sandals or shoes are in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn Birkenstocks back into their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed at our Midtown facility.
